Welcome to Video AI, an application developed by Code Stellar LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Video AI application (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.

1. License to Use

Code Stellar LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

4. User-Generated Content

  • License to Code Stellar: You grant Code Stellar LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and use your User Content solely for providing the App’s services.
  • Responsibility for Content: You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to upload the User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Code Stellar LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
  • Our total liability for any claims related to the App is limited to the amount you paid, if any, for accessing the App.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Code Stellar LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your use or misuse of the App.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your infringement of any third-party rights.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wyoming

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the App after the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
